Mediation is a process in which a neutral third person, who is a trained mediator, assists the parties in the resolution of the dispute outside of the courtroom. The parties have the opportunity to describe the issues, interests and positions, and the mediator helps them explore ideas to get the conflict resolved. Michelle Anchors is passionate and committed about the mediation process. She works with the attorneys who are litigating the case to help their clients get to a satisfactory result, with efficiency and professionalism. Mediations can be conducted via Zoom or in person. Ms. Anchors travels to your location at no charge, prepared to work as hard as it takes to get the parties where they need to be at the end of the day.
