Kyle works with AnchorsGordon in an Of Counsel capacity.  He has over 25 years of legal and consulting experience as outside general counsel helping privately held companies and their principals navigate complex legal and business challenges, with a focus on service business operations.  Kyle has a diverse skillset in real property law and real estate transactions, including commercial real estate leasing, sales and management, condominium law, real estate closings and related litigation.  He has more than 2 decades of extensive involvement in the property and casualty insurance industry, including regulatory compliance and directorships, insurance service operations (claims, underwriting and technology), reinsurance, and statutory and GAAP financial protocols.  Kyle has served as a corporate designee and director on numerous corporate boards, with deep experience and knowledge in corporate governance, fiduciary requirements and related areas.  Over the years, Kyle has advised clients and acted as chief negotiator in a variety of transactions, including but not limited to capital raises, corporate debt placement, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and sophisticated commercial agreements of all types. As a litigator of complex civil cases early in his career, Kyle has a unique skillset in civil litigation management and structuring complex settlements of litigated cases.  He also has wide-ranging experience managing and advising clients on a plethora of employment law and HR matters.

As a saltwater fishing and boating enthusiast, when he is not in the office, Kyle can be found fishing from his dock and his boat, or cruising the inshore waters looking for a good meal or a secluded beach.
