Brian Updike is a commercial litigator, who focuses on matters ranging from real estate litigation to business disputes. His experience as the lead prosecutor of consumer fraud and economic crimes has given him a solid background for the types of financial issues that arise in the firm’s civil litigation practice.

Brian made his way to Florida from Michigan, where he is also licensed to practice law. When he is not in the office or at the courthouse, Brian can be spotted training and caring for his horses, getting his hands dirty on the farm, and exploring our national and state parks.
