John Libby, a partner in the firm, represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters including commercial landlord-tenant disputes, homeowners association disputes, intra-corporate disputes,  and real property disputes.

A proud native of Okaloosa County, John received his undergraduate and law degree (with honors) from Florida State University, before returning home to practice. In addition to earning academic honors, John volunteered his time to assist needy military veterans and was recognized for his Distinguished Pro Bono Service. Prior to joining AnchorsGordon, John served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael C. Overstreet, former Circuit Judge in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit. He also served as a law clerk for the Florida Office of the Attorney General, where he assisted in both federal and state civil litigation matters.

John is the current Vice President of the Okaloosa Bar Association, as well as a board member of the Emerald Coast Science Center. In his spare time, you will find John somewhere near a kitchen cooking and/or consuming new foods.
