Jack Schlechter prosecuted criminal cases for over ten years on behalf of the Office of the State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit.  Going to trial just comes naturally to Jack, and as a civil litigator, he brings those well-developed and solid trial skills to the table.  Jack litigates commercial cases, including business disputes, real estate issues, and homeowners association matters.

Jack was raised in a military service family, who eventually landed in Okaloosa County, where Jack attended high school.  After graduating from law school with honors, Jack  returned to Northwest Florida to practice law.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Okaloosa County Bar Association.

Jack and his wife have two children, and when not playing with them, Jack tries to get in a run or a round of golf.
